Dr. Silke Kaiser
Former PhD student
Dr. Silke Kaiser obtained her PhD from Hertie School as part of the Berlin School of Economics, the doctoral programme of the Berlin universities, under the supervision of Prof. Lynn Kaack in 2026. After studying in Germany, France and Italy, Silke obtained two Master's degrees, one from the Université Panthéon-Sorbonne in Quantitative Economics and one from Sciences Po Paris in Research Economics with distinction. Her research focuses on bicycle mobility data and statistical machine learning, striving for her research to contribute to a better quality of life in urban spaces.
